• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, custom/personalized orders, and final sale items are non-refundable.

• How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@kingsicee.com with your order number and photo of the item. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the parcel.

• Return Shipping Fees: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
